Publishers play a key role in the music industry – we find talent, develop it and place songs in the market place. We’re working to ensure our industry continues to grow and flourish. By making possible new conversations and connections, we’ll elevate your music to a new level of performance.
The role of our music publishing company is to exploit musical copyrights to generate royalties. As publisher members of APRA we invest in songwriters across all genres of music. We nurture talent, promote the works of our writers and find avenues for their work to be heard.
We play a vital role in the music industry; developing music, helping to protect it, and negotiating a value for it in the market place. By taking care of the business aspects of a songwriter’s career, we give our writers more time to concentrate on writing and composing.
We make an investment – in terms of money, time and experience – in our writers. We exploit the copyright in the music and songs created by our writers in order to make a return on that investment, and to reward the writers for their creative work. We can work with a writer to match them to other writers, pitch the work for synchronisation and recording opportunities and generally market the services of the songwriter.
