JC CEO / Producer As the CEO and chief producer at Potential Music, JC’s purity of vision is admired by all. For over 20 years JC has pursued his dreams in music with intense passion and integrity. His power of will and uncompromised originality has seen him develop genres and artists far beyond their normal confines. Music flows through him as a producer and songwriter, his distinct approach to chord progressions and arrangements have led to a highly-coveted song library with hundreds of hits and masterpieces.	Adam A&R Adam has worked with artists throughout the world, in particular female vocalists (hmm, strictly business we presume!) from gothic and thrash bands to hiphop rhymes, beats and electronica – this boy gets around. He has been branding, animating, coding and writing for major corporations for over 15 years and now, as a principal of Potential Music, Adam oversees our web development division, A&R and anything that comes in black.	Engineers Team As engineers, our team is unrivalled in their technical prowess. They make the impossible possible time and time again. No matter what it is, give it to our team and they will dissect it, analyse it and generally understand it better than anyone. Our engineers has worked with countless artists and have helped to grow several other studios with their extensive knowledge of gear and music.
Brendan Marketing / Publicity Brendan is known for his genuine dedication and commitment in introducing media to new music. All of his campaigns are tailored specifically for each artist and we strive to support and expand on our artists' profile on both national and international platforms.	Michael Engineer Michael is an expert in the design, installation and operation of sound recording, sound reinforcement, or sound broadcasting equipment, including large and small format consoles. In the studio environment, Michael engineer records, edits, manipulates, mixes, and masters the sounds in order to realise an artist's or our producer's creative vision.	Matthew Copyright Administrator Matt supports the creative staff and writers by maintaining our song information and audio database. He is also responsible for information on all writers, including contact information, payment information, advance and royalty status and song submission.
